I placed an order on just eat last night I have been here for many years and I’d normally give them a 10 however my food last night was awful my starters were so over cooked it was like they were recooked at some point and clearly cooked to the point they were almost burnt not fresh at all the bags of salad we received has brown lettuce in the poppadoms were stale the food standard’s last night was the worse it’s ever been it ended up in the bin it arrived cold we spend almost £50 for our order having to microwave a take away defeats the point I also found TWO HAIRS n my mango dip god knows how many I consumed before I noticed 🤢 it was clearly visible that the food looked awful and yet the chef still sent it out and that alone says a lot about the establishment if you send food out in this manner you don’t care period it’s questionable what other corners are being cut ? Ordered our meal and had a call back to say they could not do a veggie wrap so ordered something else then rang them back straight away to change it but was told order had gone into the kitchen and they had started cooki g it ( call back within 20 seconds ) , order was for a hours time so found it strange it was being cooked straight away ! When it was delivered it was stone cold the only edible things was the lettuce that came with the starter and the boiled rice. It had to be thrown as I did not know if the chicken had been warmed up already. The naan was undercooked also. I should have phoned to complain but I don't suppose anything would have been done about it as the person I spoke to when ordering had a couldn't care less attitude. The food here was absolutely amazing! I'm not one for spicy food but I wanted to try another curry... luckily there was a young staff memeber near me who kindly helped me by explaining what were the mild ones and what were the spicy ones. They also do chicken nuggets in here and I alway have to have some whenever I visit this place because they are just the best! They also do do a big bowl of naan bread cut up into big bits and they are always done just right. They do puddings but I only have that now and then, they sell alcohol as well as soft drinks and the staff are always so kind when we go in there as well.
