Farmhouse Pizza Chatham — Restaurant in England

It is so unfortunate that I feel the need to leave such a poor review for a business that have previously wowed me constantly. As a very regular customer to Farmhouse, I have always thoroughly enjoyed their food & service time & time again ... until this evening. In the past we would order through JustEat & our meal (no matter how big or small) would always arrive either on time or early & would be correct & steaming hot. The flavours & quality were always outstanding.

Unfortunately, after learning that the company has changed hands, we will not be using them again. Our order took almost two hours to get to us (twenty minutes later than estimated & being told by the Just Eat app to "enjoy your food" that didn't exist.)

After calling the restaurant twice & receiving a very abrupt & unhelpful service, our order arrived ... Well some of it. The drink we ordered was missing, one of the two pizzas was completely wrong & the quality has completely slipped away & the pizzas themselves were cold. That was due to the Just Eat driver admitting he had three orders to deliver before ours even though we lived a three minute drive away (I'm fully aware that the restaurant does not have much control once the order has left, but it did not help the situation.).

If you are a regular of Farmhouse, I'd strongly avoid from now...

I was going to give them a 3 star for mediocre food, okay customer service and waiting a lot longer than was told. However, I'm giving them a 1 star because of the rudeness, snirkyness and childish behaviour of at least one of the men there. I only ordered from them once or twice because I didn't like the food but they are conveniently placed for us and a couple of our family thought their food was okay. We haven't been back for over a year and we don't plan on going back either. I know others who have also refused to go there now because of their unprofessional behaviour. I've also had to block their number because of their constant texts they kept sending me, even after I asked them several times if they could stop texting...

Farmhouse pizza doesn't seem to have any connection to a farm and the images of freshness and quality that terminology brings to mind.

The pizza itself is well below average, incredibly doughy, and seems quite processed. No part of the pizza seemed fresh whatsoever and the flavour was almost entirely lacking. It resembles a loaf of bread.

On price this is alright for a cheap pizza party where people are possibly not fussed about getting good pizza, such as if people have been drinking and need something to eat fast. Their pizzas are big, yes, but the quality is so low that you'd be better off just going for the supermarket option.

This is far from gourmet or the wood fired delights of places like...
