Golden Fry - Ormesby — Restaurant in England

Just put an order in online, it’s took the money out of my bank but continued to process the order but nothing was happening so i decided to ring the store, i was then greeted by a member of staff who didn’t know what i was even talking about then when she asked for her manager to come help i could hear him shouting at her in the back, as a customer and as someone who works this is absolutely disgraceful coming from a manager, he then came onto the phone with me continued to not be helpful at all when i’m asking him to send my food out as it’s took the money he’s saying that i’d be getting it for free? but yet the money has been took out of my account then when he was getting stressed out by the sound of his voice because he didn’t know what to do continued to be rude and shouted at me (the customer), THIS IS DISGUSTING AND THE MANAGER WANTS TO BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF IF HE WANTS TO TALK TO PEOPLE OVER THE PHONE LIKE THAT GOD KNOWS HOW HE TALKS TO THEM IN PERSON if i could put -00000 starts believe me i...

Placed a £40 order at 5pm and waited just over 2 hours for delivery. I then called the shop to be told ‘it left the shop 20mins ago, you should’ve already had it but il ring the driver now and see where he is.’

I then waited another 15mins to be contacted back with an update to which they never bothered, When I called the shop I was then spoken to like dirt by the staff member and he was extremely rude over the phone saying ‘it’s been sent out, what else do you want me to do’

I then waited another 10mins to be greeted with Pizza/Parmo boxes smothered in grease and stone cold food.

Parmos are usually decent from here but on this occasion it will be the last time I ever order from here again as I like my food hot when I pay over the odds for it…

Just had tea delivered, large fish chips n peas for the girls (curry for my daughter) amazing, very tasty, beautiful fish, very very generous portion sizes (fish also huge), both stuffed and very happy, even reckon next time they would go smaller. Kebab platter (3 types of meat) with chips, mushroom rice and naan bread, portion of tandoori sauce to garnish, came with salad also, absolutely perfect, tasted amazing, the meat was 3 lovely distinctive flavours, very aromatic, mushroom rice was also aromatic, made a change from parmo's n burgers, it did take a little longer than usual but it is Friday night, and they do get very busy but it was worth the wait.
