Greggs — Restaurant in England

I visit this Gregg's every single day to get my morning coffee, but it's not the coffee I come for it's the incredible ladies and gents who work there.

They always make time for a quick chat, they remember your order and they always have a smile. Even at 8am in the morning they are friendly and smiling and it's become part of my morning routine.

It feels like there is never quite enough staff there, and all of them seem to be rushing around constantly to get everything done. And yet the place is always immaculate, the queues move quickly, and the food and drink is always perfect.

The ladies and gents at this store (the morning team in particular) are incredible assets to your business. I am far from the only people they speak to each day, they are on first name basis with many of the customers, and I have no doubt they are the single biggest drivers of loyalty to this branch.

I rarely bother to leave reviews, but the staff and the service at this location really deserve to be recognised.

I really am terrible with names but.. there is a lovely blonde lady with tattoo's, a red head, and another chap who work there who are just absolute top notch guys. Really hope this feedback makes it...

Visited from out of area and definitely not the best first impression of the area. Every table was covered in food along with the floor. The place was filthy, makes you wonder about the behind the scenes where your food is cooked if this is the first things you see as you walk in the door. The toilet was just as bad. In defence of the young lads working there, there was only two of them so not sure how much they are expected to do while trying to serve a steady stream of customers, however, there was a quite few minutes that they could of nipped out to wipe the tables down, but again this may have been the only time they had to get a break. Greggs need to be ashamed of themselves, clearly an understaffed store and it shows the second you step foot...

12pm 23/09/24 Hamworthy Poole Dorset. Greggs lady with blonde tied up hair 5ft 6. Went to door with my son in arms and she said we're closed. So got back in the car outside for 3 different gents to go in and be served by her. So I went back to door and said I thought you were closed and she just stared at me and said what do I want.
