Greggs — Restaurant in England

It's a Greggs - good for a quick bite to eat, whether you sit in or takeaway. Nothing exceptional, though as a chain, Greggs are all over the place in totally unexpected, convenient places, so they've obviously got something right. A few healthy choices, but on the whole it's fast carbs in the shape of pies, pasties, sandwiches cakes & biscuits and hot drinks for customers. Usual purchase for those on the go. Had the festive bake - one piece of chicken/turkey?? Over powered in flavour from the stuffing inside and one cranberry I assume it was, in the filling. Would I purchase again? No. Chocolate star biscuit. Ok. I was on the go at 3.30pm and needed a filler to keep going till late evening and this Greggs was conveniently situated on an industrial estate, plenty of free parking around and no queue and served...

Well, how amazing is GREGGS? I can't knock the food or presentation. I would have given 5 stars only dropped a star due to the staff ( who work pretty hard )? , not noticing my first time as a user and that I was entitled to a free drink. I didn't go through the app thoroughly due to just downloading, having seen an advertisement in the shop. Unfortunately, I have lost out as not knowing I was entitled to a free drink, can't recall a message from the app informing me. So sorry to Greggs for 4 stars, and please continue to produce that...

Food was typical Greggs, nice, no complaints there...But what a miserable lady behind the counter, I was in making a big order for lads on nightshift and was on the phone passing on whats available, my god you would think I was holding up a huge queue, it was only me in there, the looks I got and she made a comment to me but wasn't able to hear her clearly. Then when I passed order on she wasn't pleased I asked if she could label the bags. Would think I was wasting her time or she didn't want...
