Greggs — Restaurant in England

I recently visited this Greggs branch for breakfast and I was very disappointed to find that the service wasn't as good as the usual Greggs' standard.

I was waiting in line for about 10 minutes and never had any acknowledgement from the staff or even a "thank you for waiting". There were a few members of staff on, but only one serving on the main till, so clearly even more staff were needed.

The staff even lacked basic manners and customer service decency, leaving me without so much as a "thank you". After looking at the other reviews for this branch, it's clear I'm not the only one to experience this poor service.

I did a too good to go bag here. £3.15 for £8.85 of goods. The other greggs in Bridgwater is £2.59 for £12.00 of goods, so why is it more expensive for less goods?

Im not sure my three items added up to £8.85 unless the price of a heart biscuit is more than I think.

Very friendly and helpful staff - They provided me with hot milk for my 1 year old free of charge which was hugely appreciated as it is often difficult to get this when travelling on long journeys. Thank you!
