Greggs — Restaurant in England

Dear Greggs Team, This week I spent a few nights at the Travelodge in Warminster. Traveling for business all over the world, I depend on shops like Greggs. I have never seen a more efficient team like the morning shift at the shop next to the Travelodge. Nelly and Grace are rocking the place. One takes the order, the other listens already and prepares everything. Top speed, extraordinary friendly, best service I have seen in a very, very long time. Though the shop was highly frequented, the waiting time was always short. I am a German engineer. I don't usually don't do that. And maybe it is too much talking about it. Shout out to the two friendly, welcoming and super efficient staff this morning. Saturday 0745 and Anthony and (i didn't catch her name) his colleague were bright, welcoming, efficient (Anthony took my order and in tbe background colleague was already prepping it). 5*. Don't know who other reviews are complaining about but it wouldnt have been either of these two, this pair were on it. Thank you for turning the 5 min necessary food break in my long journey into a pleasant one that left me smiling....

Food and drink was alright however the person preparing our food wasn't wearing gloves which isn't the biggest issue but during these pandemic times went from touching a card machine that was touched by many others and not disinfected to handling our food. From working in catering during covid and knowing the this Is a BIG no no made it very unnerving to eat out food.
