Greggs — Restaurant in England

So annoying, there's no menus, the only way to know what there is to choose from is to watch the screens above the counter. Which flashes up a menu briefly certainly not long enough for me to look and decide what I want. So with a queue behind me when the lady asked what I want I couldn't tell her. Then when the menu flashes up, I spotted a bacon and omelette roll, excellent! Bacon and eggs 😊 sorry, no omelette they said 😭😭 I'm hungry and went out of my way to go to Gregg's. Utter rubbish, no choice and when you do decide what to have they most likely won't...

Purchased bean sausage cheese melt and it was stone cold. Returned it straight away. Was willing to swap this with a different bake but all were cold. Asked for pizza slice to be put on and lazy young guy serving couldnt have cared less and said not doing it. Only 1 slice of pizza on show and asked how long that had been there and again he couldnt answer. Terrible reflection on Greggs. Wont be using this...

21/4/21--- quite cold at 8am, therefore decided to buy some hot sausage rolls n hot cheese n onion pasty from Gregg's with coffee n orange juice n doughnuts . Was very very disappointed as both the sausage rolls n onion pasty were cold. Didn't enjoy it at all. Wish we had gone to McDonalds, at least it would have been hot food n not money wasted.
