Greggs — Restaurant in England

Absolutely useless. Everytime we go we are told thar nothing is hot as it was all out of the oven "ages ago". How hard is it for an establishment that bakes pastries to serve HOT pastries and not cold? Even when I'm told they are hot, they are stone cold. It's like they are stored in a fridge and not a hot cupboard. Staff are always moody, rude and seem shocked if ever you ask what is hot. Go elsewhere, save your money. I have been to many Greggs, but I have never come across a staff member that is as cheerful and helpful as Matthew. He always has a huge smile on his face no matter how long the queue is, or how rude the customer.
