Greggs — Restaurant in England

I think the staff here need to be re trained on best before and use by dates!

I picked up a goodie bag from too good to go for a first thing in the morning collection!

The fruit box has a USE BY DATE OF 21/12 The rest of the items had no use by date or best before date listed on the item,

I’m well aware that items with a best before date can be legally sold on as long as people are notified of this, the fact the the item had a USE BY DATE 21/12 and not a best before date should of never been handed over to the customer,

The staff double checked the items inside the bag and even the the collection was at 6:30 on 22/12 the items in the bag stated use by 21/12

I could have got really ill due to the negligence of the staff! And...

I recently visited this greggs chain to fuel my desire of a sausage roll and bean and cheese melt. Upon entry i was greeted by 1 lovely member of staff and another who was very uninterested in helping me. The shelves were fully stocked BUT NO SAUSAGE BEAN AND CHEESE MELTS :( I brought the sausage roll but it came at a hefty price of £1.50.
