Greggs — Restaurant in England

Went in Sunday afternoon at 15:55 trying to grab a quick bite after a busy day to find the entrance blocked. I asked one of the staff if they were closed, they said yes they were to which I responded "but it's not 4 o'clock" they ignored me. I wasn't impressed and just left. The opening and closing times are clear and the clock mounted right in view of the staff also said 15:55. The barricade they put up was clearly there before me getting there meaning they shut before the closing time. It's a minor point but what's the point of saying you're open to X time when in fact you aren't. Not had the issue at the others stores I've been to when this...

Regular at Greggs, Wembdon and have always had good, friendly service. Yesterdaym Pm though the service was very poor. A member of staff who i have not seen before appeared to have been left to run the shop and found it more important to sort her phone out to play music with me just stood waiting not even being acknowledged. I like Gregg's as a naughty treat when dieting, and when going on long walks it acts as a bonus feature that you have burned off some of the calories! It is consistent in quality in whatever branch you use. I have only given it 4 stars for atmosphere because it is full of people grabbing and going.
