Greggs — Restaurant in England

What an awful place the service area is and we thought shall we stop but I like Greggs and so in we went. The lady behind the counter was a refreshing face in a gloomy place with no soap no sign of any covid regulations in toilets. I think her name was Ami but she was excellent smiling and chatting all the time. Very obliging, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. He certainly needs a pat on the back for working in such a awfully kept service station. The grass was long, seats dirty, rubbish all over not a nice place. Went into get the bags through 'too good to go'. Was a bit early so just told them staff I was there. They told me to wait until 5:10 when they'll be ready. They could see I was waiting. Another person came in, who's straight in and gets a bag. I then walked up to the same person (all of 5 mins after I'd spoken to her) and she asked me what I wanted. Not great service. 3 star as it was the best option for me considering options fom Holidays Inn (Within walkable distance) + they serve breakfast from 6.30am. Yes closed around 4.20pm guessing as that closing time is subject to how soon their food shelves go empty. Food was cold as staff said they don't have hot food counters.
