Dirty, mouldy, dangerous. Me, my family and some friends stayed here over a weekend. Worst mistake. First night we stayed in the hotel we were awoken to banging and shouting in the early hours of the morning. We stayed in our room too avoid danger and tried too sleep through too the morning where we found broken glass and blood littering the hallway. A friend of ours who had young children reported it as she was worried her children would cut their feet in the floor in their sandles.. some of the glass was cleared up by the time we got back in the evening but there was still a blood trail down the hallway. This is dangerous. The window in the door was smashed and this was a fire door also the fire evacuation signs weren't filled in so we would not know where the assembly points are or the procedure for fire safety. my parents room had a tv but the hotel didn't have a remote for it so they couldn't use it. That wasn't a big problem but added too the experience. The wardrobes aren't big enough for a normal sized hanger so my dad couldn't hang his suit inside had too hang it on the door. The rooms are small and cramped. The bathrooms are filthy. The shower curtain is yellowed at the bottom and there's cobwebs and who knows what else in the skylight which looks like it has a draft (we could see the cobwebs fluttering in the wind.) so will be very cold in the winter. No air con so it got unbearably hot because you can't open the windows very far. No inside lock for extra protection which I would have been glad of after the first nights fiasco. One day we didn't get fresh towels so we didn't feel very clean. The bathrooms didn't have any soap in them so we went out and bought some for the rooms, public bathrooms are nicer than the ones in this hotel. Also too top it off there was one double plug socket in my room right near the window. This made doing my hair in the morning impossible. Also we couldn't charge our phones and watch tv or boil the kettle. It was all just done with no thought. I'm glad we didn't come here for a holiday, and that we were out all day. But I would never recommend this place even if you're just staying the night. It's not an easy place too sleep in. It was cheap accommodation, but still not worth the money. So beware. It might be better under new management, new cleaner and a really good...

Evening meal was terrible. My wife's food came out 15 min before mine did and hers was cold. We were offered our money back but I ate my food and didn't think that was fair as once it came out it was nice. We waited 90min for our meal.
The breakfast was the single worst experience I have had staying in a hotel in my life. We were greeted by a very rude member of staff she was not interested in anything other than getting herself a coffee. We were shown to our table and asked if we wanted a cooked breakfast but couldn't have hash browns as the fryer was broken but could have a replacement sausage if we wanted. We agreed to have all the breakfast that was avalible. When the cooked breakfast came out we had 10-12 beans and sausages that are under cooked and pink in the middle. We decided not to complain as while our food was coming out we witnessed the member of staff treat other guests in a disgusting manner. She was ignoring other guests and calling them liars for ordering food then refusing to speak to them when they tried to pay for extras they had. The toaster was unplugged and I had to plug this in myself to have toast. When my wife told the member of staff she just laughed and said oh well it is working now. The continental breakfast appeared to be good but once we investigated left alot to be desired. There was no yoghurt like stated on the menu. 2 pastries left so my wife asked if anymore croissants would be avalible and the member of staff stated I guess so if you really want some. My wife asked for some. They were cooked fresh and 25 min later the appeared well cooked placed put on the table. Then before the staff member left she told other guests these are not for you these are for these people . Seems odd at a continental breakfast that you can help yourself to. I was ashamed and embarrassed that asking for a croissant had made a member of staff speak to someone with so much disrespect. We decided to have a croissant and leave as the sausage were pink and under cooked and we didn't want to get ill. It was visibly disgusting to watch the treatment of the other guests and feel this member of staff should be ashamed of themselves and not work in the...
