A quiet and tiny little village that hosts a beautiful tea garden. Situated just a stones throw from some beautiful Exmoor walks ,(Webbers post just up the hill) and right next to a idyllic river, the Tea garden at Horner really is a spot to be visited. You literally step back in time as you enter the garden as you are met by a well laid out garden with lots of nostalgic ornaments and arrangements. There is even a stall where you can buy some locally grown flowers and shrubs. (£2 each on average). The service was brilliant. Judith, the lady who served me, was so welcoming and polite. Some people were having a cream tea which also looked delicious, maybe we will try it next time. It was a lovely warm day and it was nice to see so many people enjoying the tea gardens. Definitely a...
