if you're visiting the Beatrix Potter house, you should totally check out the coffee shop inside. It's cute and has a small selection of baked goods and drinks. They also have veggie milk options. Just be aware that you'll need to buy a ticket to get into the house before you can hit up the coffee shop. If you want to sit, there are a few benches outside, but if it's rainy or gross out, they might not be the most comfy. The staff is really friendly though, and my flat white was pretty decent. They only take credit cards, so leave your cash at home!

Delicious food and coffee - slightly high end on price but worth it due to taste and service - this Joey’s is boosted by its great venue - Tom Kitten would rate highly - cheese pastie is definitely worth a go - as is the Joey’s cappuccino - lush. Felt guilty eating the Peter Rabbit biscuits 🐰🔵🍪

Ok let me get started, the prices here were absurd, such as a brownie for £3.80. The worker wasn’t particularly kind to me and others. As well as this, my friend got denied of changing a £20 note into two £10 notes, the reason was that ‘they didn’t have any’. A few minutes later we witnessed her handing out £10 notes to other customers....

Yummy vegitarian pies. Carefull, they are hot when served. Unexpectedly, this turned out to be was one the best meals we had in the Lake District.

No covered seating, just benches in the garden. I suppose you could eat in the car if it is pouring down rain.

The cakes looked tempting, but we...
