KFC — Restaurant in England

Lets begin by saying I usually love KFC. However , this is the most useless , unorganised , branch that I have ever come across. By the way , this review is not based on one visit alone. How , how , how , can you get someones meals wrong EVERY time. Today was the final straw though. First let me tell you what I ordered - a deluxe boneless box with beans and sweetcorn as sides with an extra of Hot Wings for £3.00. The moment I ordered I was told " we dont have 8 Hot Wings at the moment , we only have 6. I can do you 6 for £2.98 or you can wait for 10 mins ". I should have known right then but I opted to wait. When the food arrived I noticed there were 4 small pots ( presumably with beans in ) , but no sweetcorn. I went inside and told them and they swapped 2 pots for 2 sweetcorn. Not a major issue - could be worse. I drove home ( by the way , I don't live in Blyth so its a bit of a hike ) , only to open the rest and find ..... NO HOT WINGS ( the thing they made me sit and wait for ) and what I thought was beans wasn't beans .. it was gravy ( who has gravy??? ). I was furious. What had started as a Saturday night treat was now something making me steam ( trying to keep this review fairly nice ). I rang the manageress ( I have had dealings with her before on other occassions when meals have been wrong ) and she gave me the usual " bring it back and I'll change it and give you 20% off next time ". Well , this time I didn't take it back. It costs more in my time and fuel than its worth. But I will be contacting Head Office on Monday , asking for a full refund. Really , don't go to this branch.. your order won't be right and you'll just be in a bad mood. If you live near here , go to Killingworth instead , or Ashington ( if there's one there. When I go to a KFC restaurant I expect to be welcomed with open arms but instead at this restaurant I was greated by a groan from the woman who served me obviously she had something better to do and couldn't be bothered to show the slightest bit of enthusiasm with her job. Also I was sat waiting for quite some time for my food to be ready for me which made quite frustrated as it was near enough empty and there was quite a few staff working. Upon entering this fine cuisine restaurant I was met with intimidating glares from the local youth which followed me all the way whilst I was ordering and eating my food (which had quite a gap between) and the time I left, whilst leaving I was shouted at rudely by the youth. I won't lie and say that this KFC was completely bad as the food did please me, it gave me the slightest bit of hope in KFC restaurants around the world and I believe if the food wasn't this good the KFC would most definitely be out...

I ordered a big daddy burger meal, when the meal box arrived, there was no straw for the drink, the burger bun on the base was upside down, the burger was falling apart practically, but what really got me was the chips, the chips were nearly raw, rock hard, still frozen, if it was the odd one, I probably would have overlooked it, but it was the WHOLE box, we have rang the company to complain/tell them, only to be met with a young woman with a appalling attitude who sarcastically said to us ''Well, what do you want us to do about it!?'' and '' well, she wouldn't have been ill off the chips!'' do not waste your money, in all fairness I have got the tower burger about thrice and it has been ok, but on the whole, bad customer service and not by any means...
