King Kebab Curry House — Restaurant in England

Decided to treat family to a king kebabs. Family of 5 so treats like this are not a common thing. At a total cost of £62.50. We ordered the king kebabs special curry deal for 2 at £ 44.50. Chicken korma and lamb balti medium .kids had x2 chicken Donna and salad in pitta. 50 mins later our expected feast arrived. Firstly opened it all up to find the rice missing. So called the kebab shop straight away we will send one out. So we have another 50m wait for rice.so we bang on some home quick cook rice so we can at least eat our meal. The lamb balti lots of meat flavour rather small amount for such a high price. A box of mixed meat starters. Again small amount. Poppadoms and nan bread. All ok and as you would expect and some lettuce and onion.then I open the korma. Great it's so funny it spills out its is so watered down it's not worth describing. A few lumps of non seasoned chicken blend coconut mush. So when our missed rice turned up I gave the korma back and told them to eat the horrible food..the delivery person great friendly. The staff at the kebab shop polight sorted rice issues with out question. That's the only reason I gave this place a 1. Very shoddy portions and very poor quality dishes it would of been better if we had gone to a restaurant in town and spent our 63.00 on a banquet .I would not recommend this king kebabs food outlet to anyone. This is the only curry takeaway in King's Cliffe, we live in Yarwell Country Mill so used it quite often, tonite Sunday 15th we went and picked our order up, up till now nothing to complain about, good food and a tasty curry, tonit I ordered the chicken Madras, it was a half filled carton with a few and I do mean a few bits of chicken in it well I think it was chicken, no taste at all, the wife had Chicken Tilka Massala, what she got, again half a carton of what can only be described as a tomato soup with a few bits of chicken in it and again we think it was chicken, these curry takeaways get so complacent that they think you'll come back week after week they think they can sell you slop, and it's not cheap, there's so many to choose from we won't be spending our money here again, I'd rather go into Stamford and collect next time, so if you want a decent curry DON'T GO TO THE KINGS CLIFFE CURRY TAKEAWAY, one final observation the staff are not very friendly, not a big deal but when your giving them your hard earned cash a polite and friendly face is not alot to...

We ordered ice cream, a milkshake and kinder waffle and I can honestly say it was a disgrace! The milkshake had leaked all in the bag, the waffle was soggy and hardly cooked and as for the 'generous portion' of ice cream that was supposed to come with it, it was hardly a teaspoon full! The ice cream we ordered bubblegum and again was hardly a teaspoon full and the mint ice cream has been frozen that many times it was grainy and inedible! Certainly not worth nearly £2 a scoop!
