A gem of a place to sit and relax with a steaming cup of tea, coffee, hot chocolate or one of their numerous delicious drinks in offer. Look out for "Ginny's Whip" a delicious cold iced coffee drink! A great local community place to meet up with friends or meet new ones. Lo's is a relaxed, informal place with stunning walks nearby and beautiful views to look at. Very dog friendly too! Water is provided for our pooches and doggie treats to buy for them like frozen yoggies (the cheese one is my dog's favourite!) plus doggie ice creams. There's a delicious menu to choose from, from breakfast to lunch to an early teatime treat. If you're a gym goer, R. Lukins gym is nearby. Order your meal or drink before going in and it'll be ready when you come out! Got an event to hold? Chat with the owner, Lo. Picnic cream tea and champagne? Pre-order, pick up the picnic complete with blanket and hamper basket to borrow! I recently attended their American Diner evening event complete with music; mouthwatering bbq'd burgers, hotdogs, fries etc Great night! Vegetarian, GF, Dairy free and vegan options are available too. Friendly staff and a great service. I'll...

Lo's Coffee Shop knows how to turn a Saturday evening into something legendary. We waltzed in as the Wonky Donkeys took the stage – I mean, talk about timing! The night transformed into an epic adventure, with food that could rival any gourmet joint, a great beverage selection and an atmosphere that had me wondering if Hogwarts' enchantment spilled over to this corner. The live music by the Wonky Donkeys? Let's just say they added more magic than a wand-waving wizard. And don't even get me started on the dog-friendly vibes – these folks deserve a round of applause for that. Oh, and the staff? Superheroes in aprons, no doubt. Seating's outdoors, but thank the coffee gods for those blankets that turned into cozy capes as the evening cooled. And if you think the magic stops at night, think again – they've got daytime delights too, from light bites to a coffee selection that could make a barista blush. Trust me, I've got my loyalty card ready because Lo's Coffee Shop just earned a top spot on my map...

Me and my friend went for cake and coffee, it was a birthday treat for my friend. The cafe and outside seating area was clean the kitchen looked clean and fresh when I placed my order. I ordered the cream tea, it comes with a pot of tea , but I made up the difference to have a cappuccino and my friend had a mocha and a slice of lemon drizzle cake . The lemon drizzle cake and coffee was ok, but the scone had been defrosted in a microwave and had freezer burn , it’s 6.50 for a cream tea, take away 1.80 for the cost of the tea it’s £ 4.70 ! ( see picture) I had to wait ages for the supervisor to come from the kitchen, to sort a replacement cake out. My friend had finished hers , it didn’t ruin the afternoon, but it left me slightly irritated . I wouldn’t go here for a special treat, but if you’re out with the dog, walking or cycling , it’s ok for a quick stop off. The car park is big and has plenty of parking spaces, with a...
