6th May 2015. Very taken with this pub. On the beer front there were three real ales available from local Cornish brewery, Keltek, including a guest ale plus the usual lagers & cider and a nice selection of wines. For dinner I tried the Moroccan chicken & lamb couscous which was spicy in flavour but quite different from a curry and was delicious. There was a good portion of the meats with several pieces of very tender lamb and a chicken thigh on the bone. Both meats were really, really tasty. A small side dish held a sauce which I was advised to apply with caution and just as well because it was extremely hot but also tangy and exotic in flavour.
