McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Top 3 worst Macdonald's experience I've had. To start with it isn't sign posted very well and can be hard to find the entrance if you don't already know where it is. As I haven't been for a while to this one I struggled to find it. I ended up checking Aldi carpark, it wasn't there, and it wasn't until I went into the range carpark that I could get to Macdonald's premises. Then it's meant to be 2 lanes, 1 for drive thru, 1 for the restaurant but everyone is just in 1 line. I parked up in the spaces by these lanes and went in to get my food thinking it would be quicker. I got my food, then struggled to leave the premises as there were too many cars and no obvious flow for the traffic. I finally got out and tried my food while driving away (no more than 10 minutes after collecting it) to find the nuggets were room temp and stale, the fires were barely even room temp and were very bland (nex to no salt) and my mcspicy was dripping water out of it. If I wasn't driving and stressed from trying to find the bloody place I would have turned round and gone back to complain.

I didn't think this Macdonald's would actually be worse than the one in Keighley - which have been appauling at times, giving the wrong orders, not reading the special requirements, cold food and lack of customer service

Keighley never responded to my complaint a couple of years ago and didn't respond when I changed it to a different review, again of how bad it had been. So I don't expect anything to come of this.

I drink my weight in Coffees at this store most days...but it has become ridiculous! Today I wanted an Ice cream cone with a Flake...I was told they'd run out of flakes..I said thats fine can you put a little squirt of Strawberry Sauce instead. I was catagorically told 'No' by the staff and the manager! I could have it plain or I could have a sundae with sauce...but I couldn't have a squirt of sauce as an alternative 😳. This is a store that used to be decent! Nowadays if there's sign of a raindrop in a cloud..they don't park people up..they rather the queue goes round to Subway rather than chance getting wet! They're Hot Chocolate machine serves up dirty coloured water...as Hot Chocolate. And for the past week...if you go through the drive through at night...you get a rancid smell of what I assume is sour milk..but smells like fresh vomit! This store has become a disgrace in many aspects! Closed for 5 weeks now for refurbishment....here's hoping they refurbish or retrain 80% of the staff! Cause there are only about 4 staff members that have a clue...and those 4 are always stressed and fed up cause they're cleaning up and sorting out after...

It’s my girlfriends birthday and she’s crying now because they can’t get a simple order right, not one item was right and she can’t have the cheese so now we’re having to go without any food as everywhere was closed by the time we got our food, didn’t get drinks we ordered and we received £13 worth of goods from a £30 order I know you don’t need many qualifications for maccies but simple equations can show you that the order is not right unless the staff enjoy upsetting people and thought it would be funny to send the wrong stuff, even the delivery driver asked if it was correct as he noticed no drinks and they told him it was, hopefully whoever choose to do this finds this message and understand they’ve upset a young girl on her birthday and left her hungry because there staff is too incompetent to get simple instructions right,...
