Can't fault the food as maccy Ds is Maccy Ds. However the place was filthy. Splattered flys on walls . just filthy and the floor covered in used food and extremely slippy. I'm disabled and the toilet was also dirty and was being used by everybody. I had to clean poo off the support bars just so I could have a wee . The lift to get upstairs didn't work so had to sit in the dirty area where , I'm not being funny the uber eats and delivery roo sat and vape unchecked , they seem to shout louder then a concerts on phones when we are trying to eat and generally dont give a hoot about anyone so so rude . I asked several times for the staff to tidy the tables and clean but that fell on deaf ears and left it so we cleaned it our self's with wet wipes . The coners of the restaurant is full of old food . Hygiene ratings must be a 2 for this place is manky. Putting us off the food . Just manky get a grip M

Do not order through app or in-store around midnight. Systems rebooting is one thing but being told to go in-store after putting in an order for drivethru collection is another. Made to stand around for 20mins while staff running around seemingly acting busy and doing their best to avoid eye contact (after order placed and told to go inside) is something I’ve never come across at any establishment before. Ignored by staff for nearly 30mins before we got the saddest looking maccies ever served with cold, sponge-like fries and dry burgers. Safe to say we’ve had better.

Well annoyed, food came 40mins late!!!! Missing all sauce for over 20+ nuggets. Also sauce Missing for 2 × 5 chicken select. Food was missing extra pattie, that we paid for, plus extra stuff we paid for. Also food turned up, very cold and like they had been thrown round,in back of someone's car!!!. My chicken mayo had half of its wrapping Missing, really am I going to eat that? No, kids ,happy meals, wash squashed to death. Never again!!!!!

Highly appalled with my visit to this McDonalds at 20:30 on Sunday 20th April 2019. I placed my order and waited for it to appear on the ‘collect order’ screen. Within minutes, it was added to the list but there was no sign of my food. Fair enough, I will wait and hope for it to come along shortly I thought. So I wait a good 10 minutes, still no sign of anything. I see what looked like it could potentially have been my order taken to the Drive Thru window, so I began to approach the counter to query where it had been approximately 20+ minutes after I’d placed my order. What annoyed me the most however was the gormless expression on the ladies face when I quiered the whereabouts of my food, and like the majority of the ‘staff’ present, didn’t exactly show much urgency and conviction to correct the mistake. Then, another lady who looked like she was the supervisor began to shout at other staff in an unprofessional and unhelpful manner in earshot of customers. When all she was doing was standing there throwing a tantrum and not exactly getting the orders ready and out ASAP. Eventually after what had been nearly half an hour since placing my order, one of the guys finally brought my order to me, which had clearly been reprepared after my original order had gone AWOL. To be fair to the lad, he was trying his hardest, he remained professional and calm throughout despite getting some stick from waiting customers ahead of me (his supervisor could learn a lesson from him in terms of attitude) but he seemed to be the only one actually getting orders out to the waiting public whilst the rest of the staff behind him lumbered about half-heartedly. The place wasn’t exactly busy and with a group of staff who actually seemed competent, knew what they were doing and had an ounce of care towards their work, orders could have been out and done in no time. I have to say that for all its McDonald’s and I’m not exactly expecting world class service, I was shocked at the speed and incompetence shown in preparing my food. Fast food it...

We arrived at this McDonald’s drive through at 1am en route back from the airport. Hoping for a quick meal the start to the end of the process was AWFUL. The drive through was quiet and we drove straight to the speaker however had to wait five mins before someone spoke to us- they then disappeared half way through our order without telling us and just didn’t know what they were talking about. We then qued for a while with two cars in front of us- the guy Infront actually got out his car to complain at the length of time it was taking. After 25 mins (no exaggeration!) we were handed the wrong order and then we had to tell the manager exactly what our order was. We were told to wait in the waiting bay and we’re waiting for a further 10 mins and still no food. We ended up going in to chase and they didn’t even know we were in the waiting bay. Food was awful- cold. We asked for diet cokes - given full fat and coffee machine not working. Could completely understand if it seemed like the staff were trying and it was busy but their attitude stank and it really was like they couldn’t care less. Came in at 1.30am- says it’s not too busy. Perfect, let’s get those fries! How wrong was I?

The ONLY positive thing: the guy working in the back was probably the only person working quickly. You know, how it’s supposed to be. We could see the food mounting up behind the counter.

Negatives: the God-awful customer service- the manager had the Airpods in with a miserable-looking face. We get you don’t have to be all smiles at that time of the night but please, you’re in a customer-facing job. Listen to what the people are actually asking from you.

the painfully slow service. There’s a 90-minute limit for the car park and thank goodness for that. Our order was placed at 1.30am & we got to eat it at 2.15am. 45 bloody minutes of waiting.

the order was apparently ready to be collected after waiting for 15 mins. We were stood there for 30 minutes.

ordered an apple pie and never got it. Came back in for it and another JustEat driver also had a disgruntled customer who also ordered an apple pie. It might’ve helped if you actually didn’t click off an order to say it’s ready to collect & actually made sure that we got the stuff we paid for.
