What an absolute Gem. Needed somewhere to stop on route for NYE get together. Quick message on FB and confirmed our stop, offered EHU for a few quid but didn’t need it, nice touch though. Glad we stopped on a Friday as the Pizzas were amazing and great value. 3 Ales on, 3 Ciders, 2 Lagers so good selection of drinks. Excellent pub in a very quiet rural location. Friendly approachable staff and locals with a surprising amount of beers/cider on tap for the size of the place. Well worthy of a visit, especially on a Wednesday (pizza night 🍕)! Dogs are also welcome. It's also worth noting that they have a Facebook page, so if you have WiFi but no phone signal you can still book a table.

I went for pizza night with 2 friends this Wednesday (pizza night is Wednesday and Friday) and everything was lovely. We sat outside in a lovely beer garden enjoying the sunshine and ordered 2 pizzas and the cheesy garlic bread to share. Everything was delicious and the portion sizes are very generous. All the staff were lovely and we will definetly be back.

I went for pizza night with 2 friends this Wednesday (pizza night is Wednesday and Friday) and everything was lovely. We sat outside in a lovely beer garden enjoying the sunshine and ordered 2 pizzas and the cheesy garlic bread to share. Everything was delicious and the portion sizes are very generous. Lovely cosy traditional pub. Very warm welcome from owner, staff and customers. Called in Sat afternoon after being recommended to try the pizzas. They were really good, handmade, cooked to perfection, good range of toppings and excellent value served Sat 4-9pm. Two blazing fires and a lovely "non yappy" pub dog.
