Outstanding Customer Service at Morrisons!
I wanted to take a moment to recognise an amazing shop assistant named Jessica Batten at Morrisons. She noticed that the smaller bottle of Captain Morganās Spiced Rum was actually more expensive than the larger one, which immediately showed how attentive she was.
I explained that there were no more large bottles on the shelves, so I picked up a small one as well. Rather than just leave it at that, Jessica went above and beyond something thatās so refreshing to see these days. She kindly asked me to wait while she made enquiries, and even involved a colleague from the alcohol section to help. Together, they went through the new delivery stock and actually found another large bottle for me!
I did wait around 15 minutes, but honestly, I didnāt mind one bit. I work in customer services, so I truly understand how powerful good customer service can be and the lasting impression it leaves. Both Jessica and her colleague demonstrated real care, initiative, and teamwork, qualities that are hard to find.
I was so impressed that I told my friends and family about it at a Halloween party later that evening, and they couldnāt believe the effort they put in. Safe to say, after that winning experience, we wonāt be shopping anywhere else!

My friends and I used to love having lunch here. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. Plus they had lovely meals, at reasonable prices. Most of the time now though, they don't seem to have what we want. One of my friends and I, used to love the lamb shank. It's no longer on the menu!
The other day, my friend asked for a sausage sandwich, they don't do them! So what about a toasted teacake? They'd sold out. This seems to be the norm now and is becoming quite frustrating. We asked for the chicken dinner, there wasn't any chicken left. 3 months ago, I would have given them 5 stars....

He then proceeded to to take food to the tables and we continued to wait to be served. And we waited and we waited. A woman then approached from the rear of the kitchen in a stern voice announced the wait for food is now an hour and a half. Still we waited to be served. In the end we gave up and...
