Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in England

I was in the cue waiting to be served and some guy just came and start talking to the girl on the till over me, so what the girl did? she just start conversation with him about some tablet charger !?! and totally ignored the fact I'm there. Then after few minutes the older lady came and ask me what I would like to order, and thanks for her. Maybe because I didn't came and shout over everybody she didn't feel I deserve to be served, or maybe you don't like my accent because I don't sound British enough for you. Not the first time I have faced something like this here, but you know what Morrisons? this was definitely last time I have spend even a penny in your stores when you employ this kind of people. Maybe you should give this younger person some training to improve her service or more likely, expect from her a bit of elementary culture and respect to others. Definitely...

Very disappointing experience. The staff was slow and unhelpful. I was waiting at the checkout for 10 min, there was no queue, the staff saw me but completely ignored me. After I paid, the cashier just walked away even while I was still waiting for the receipt which took another 5 min to get.
