If ever you are in the Hull area and fancy visiting what feels like a traditional country pub only a short drive from Hull centre and you want a great range of drinks and fantastic food, you have to go to the Nags Head. It was lovely, staff were fantastic, very helpful and attentive. Totally relaxing night I had and thoroughly enjoyed it.

What a fantastic place. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Awesome food and drinks. I Come hear every week. One of the best pubs around. The staff are absolutely awesome, the food fantastic and such a lovely setting and atmosphere. Look for Jennie and Jess, they are the heart and soul of the place and the reason for my many MANY visits x

The Nags Head is a popular cosy pub for dining, it has a good reputation for its meals. There is a good choice of beers and lagers including two cask conditioned real ale. The real ale is not as cheap as another nearby pub but was in excellent condition. Friendly staff, nice pub garden, car park, worth calling in.

It’s a long time since I last visited The Nags Head but I was pleasantly surprised We vigorously Sunday Lunch at around 4.40pm The pub was not over busy at this time and we found a table easily We ate inside but there is a covered outdoor area as well It’s good for children as there is an outside garden with slides and swings. The pub is very clean the staff friendly and the service is good A traditional pub that made us feel welcome I ordered the large pork dinner which I found was very large and in fact too much for me. I will get the medium sized on my next visit The food was hot and tasty and the pork was lean and tender At £13.95 I thought it was very good value There is a good selection of beers and I had John Smiths smooth was was great On the walls were ads for upcoming events and the pub seems to be well run and pro-active I would certainly recommend The Nags Head and...

Husband heard the pies were delicious here, he thought he'd try them out, but it's obvious his friends were talking about somewhere else, chewy meat, full of fat with a piece of puff pastry thrown on top, no effort was put into making these at all, a two year old could have made them better. I had Sunday lunch, with roast beef, which wasn't fresh, sandwich beef warmed up, uncooked frozen carrots, hard garden peas, frozen roasties, this was advertised as delicious Sunday roast with three beautiful vegetables, nothing like it, absolutely disgusting, needless to say I didn't eat it. I wish Humber Tavern in Paull had been opened. At least I know not to eat in...

Just visied this establishment I would highly recommend this Country Pub Various covered outside area's to eat We chose the one with overhead heaters 'lovely and warm on this cold day' Waitress was welcoming as was the Landlord and we were asked straight away if we had the NHS App The service was very quick Meals were well presented and Hot The Home made meat pie in particular was a real show stopper crammed full with meat and gravy in its own dish, the puff pastry was literally towering above it!. Altogether a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We will definitely be booking again Well done Nags Head. ( All Corvid...
