This pub used to be a wonderful place to visit with a team that made everyone feel welcome, constant events all week, children's toys, a place women children, older generation and everyone could go they have a wonderful landlady and team, since kicking them out its dirty again like it used to always be to the point for a week there has been human poo on the floor in the ladies toilet that has been there since last Wednesday, so makes you ask the question if they can't even mop the floor are they cleaning the lines and glasses correctly ? Its going from a stunningly clean and welcoming environment back to the dive it was before, so many of us locals will not be returning and have already started drinking elsewhere, I could not recommend avoiding this place more. Its the most expensive place in worle however you could warrant paying it for the service you got before, now who want to pay £6.40 a pint that isn't clean to stand on a sticky floor with poo on it with no atmosphere. bad...

This is a proper 'local'. Great friendly staff who know all the regulars and what they drink. Many large screens playing as much football as is required to satisfy any footy mad patrons needs. Rugby also screened often when big games are on. If you want a fancy wine bar or a quiet place to have a private chat this isn't the place for you, if however you want a pint in a pub with good staff and good atmosphere drop In to the 'oby' as it's known to the locals. Seating outaide which is handy in the summer months. Pub has a pool table and fruit machines for some classic pub entertainment. Have to mention, to avoid disappointment (in case you like a meal with your pint), the only downfall being lack of food...
