Absolutely awful customer service from the manager.

My friends and I ordered a take away on Tuesday, we placed our order for delivery for 6:45pm, which arrived at 8:15pm.

The food all needed to be re-heated as it was freezing cold.

I rang the restaurant to speak to the manager to explain for him to tell me not to order from there again, as they don't need our custom anyway and hung up!!!!

£75 we paid for our order for our friends birthday night in, and it was the worst food I've ever tasted! It all went in the bin!

Ordered online and gave 2 hours notice. Food turned 45 minutes late and cool. Had phoned twice and told them it was our first time with them and I would be putting bad review regarding delivery time After heating in microwave chicken wings were inedible. Main courses had no taste, husband added chilli to his so it became a bit more authentic. I'm not sure if I put blindfold on that I could have said what I was eating. Went in to order a takeaway, I was told it would be 10 minutes. 41 minutes later I was told it would be another 5 minutes. I couldn't wait any longer and said I wanted my money back as I had to go. The man behind the. counter then answered the phone and turned his back on me. I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave without my order and without my refund.
