Not knowing the West Moors area for coffee shops, picked this due to its great rating. Sadly it had disappointing aspects, albeit no issue with the coffee! It's clearly popular, perhaps especially as a bakery, though plenty also at tables. Two coffees and a hot chocolate good, service prompt and ok. I ordered a cheese and ham toastie, also fine but simple (bottled sauce could be added, nothing fancy) though I don't get why it's thought worth a token piece of tomato, cucumber, lettuce and tortilla chips..menu doesn't list them and I didn't need more than the toasties.
