Have used Papa John's for years and always been impressed with the service. Last few orders were abit slow and was let down by them once as driver broken down which I can understand it happens. How ever last night ordered at 22:20 and pizza just did not come. Got the order email and also they have taken the payment. I call today was offer no apologies and was told to simply call head office and sort it out myself as they can't see my order. Very disappointed and a shame that a franchise is obviously not representing a great brand as they should. Likelyhood of recommending them anymore or wanted to speak to clearly someone that does not understand any aspect of customer service...
Read morePlaced an order for collection. They got one of the orders wrong. Katie, who I spoke to rectified the issue by allowing me to place a future order for the pizza that was wrong.
Without Katie's excellent customer service, this place would have got two stars (and three for service). I feel through Katie's understanding and patience, it's earned the extra star overall but Katie's service is above and beyond.
Low atmosphere score purely because it feels like a small waiting room with seats when you walk in. What else do you expect from a pizza...
