Paradise Pizza — Restaurant in England

Ordered at 5.20 (first and last time). Delivery estimated at 6.30. Rang at 6.55, received an apology and assurance that delivery was imminent as driver on his way back to shop. Rang again at 7.30 to feigned suprise that it hadn't been received. Was assured he was on his way. Arrived 15 mins later. Delivery driver lovely, stressed, apologetic. Assured he has just collected it 5 mins ago so would be hot. WRONG! Must have been sat over an hour, cold, chips rock hard, salad warm. Was disgusting and inedible. I understand being busy, but if you can't keep to delivery times then don't agree them . Even better.....communicate with...

I had ordered on justeat last night and it was meant to come at 8pm when I ordered it it turn up at 11pm 2 hours late I had phone up an hour earlier to find out we’re it was thy had told me they had a problem with there Delivery driver and they only had one driver for the rest of the night they can we give you something for free for so I said you can sick a can of coke on for me and I had ask if the food would not be cold she no it will be hot one hour later my take finally turn up it was cold I could not eat it so I had to put it in the bin and the coke did not even turn up as well...

After waiting an hour and 45 minutes for our delivery I called in. The man on the phone said it hadn't gone through on the website, but it had gone through our end. Another 45 minutes later it arrives with the garlic mayo barely filled in the tub and the pop missing from the meal. We used to really like this take away but their customer service is terrible, new delivery driver is rude and they can't even get a simple order together. Definitely won't be ordering here again regardless of the complementary garlic bread and strongly don't recommend. Unfortunately it won't let me put less...
