Pegswood Pizzas — Restaurant in England

Ordered fish bites, and the fish seemed bland and was not very fresh tasting and the grease was unbearable and for hours after made me feel sickly. The only thing I liked was the size of the portion, however no wonder! 11th September a friend went into the shop and asked to purchase food and was told "closed" rather rudely. There were a couple of customers stood in the shop who seemed to be a little surprised. There was food in the hot display however the guy who I think was the owner was quite blunt and so we left. Really shocked at the manner and tone of the owner of the pizza shop,definitely would not recommend. Ok,emit is obviously offended by the truth I ordered a few times ,over the phone too and not under any influence, the owner is clearly embarrassed and doesn't know how to get out of this apart from an online slanging match which I am not interested in. If the police had any interest in this matter I am sure it would have been made known to myself. Obviously something hit a chord...

We've lived all around Northumberland in the past 15 years. BUT- we ALWAYS know that pegswood pizzas, serve some of the best takeaway food of all varieties. And they serve fresh fried potato chips, (instead of the frozen cheap ones) If a chip shop can not put effort or time into peeling a few spuds and uses cheap bulk buy frozen chips, then that shows they are most likely focused on quantity over quality. This place is great for takeaways, great for quality food and they are so friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in through the door. Amazing service. HIGHLY recommend. And we just hope in the nxt few weeks- when we have settled in to our new property/address that they will do deliverys there. However if they didn't it definitely wouldn't stop us from using pegswood pizzas. Ordered two chicken kebabs and was waiting for them to be cooked.
