Pizza Hut — Restaurant in England

Terrible service. Ordered delivery online .. then received email saying the order had been cancelled and to contact the local pizza hut. Called repeatedly with no answer. Decided to drive other whilst still calling. Eventually my call was picked up. I asked if it was possible to order a pizza and was told "No drivers!" and the phone slammed down on me. I arrived at pizza hut Brackmills. No other customers were in there. Staff member ignored me for ten minutes while he argued with someone on the phone then he continued to prepare orders whilst seeing me standing there. He eventually walked over and asked if i had ordered online? By now a queue had formed behind me. I explained that i had tried to order online but it had been cancelled. He seemed completely disinterested. I asked if i could order some pizza and he said it would be a hour to wait !? I said no thank and left. Passed Dominoes on the way home. Excellent service, organised team, well managed and gave me my order within 15 minutes....

Ordered 6 pizzas for my tream at work. They were very busy and gave a 60 minute delivery time. 60 minutes came and went so I called the branch at Brackmills northampton to find out they had delivered to the wrong place. A refund was refused and I was told another delivery couldn't be made for 90 minutes. I couldn't accept this, we wouldn't be there to accept the pizza. 10 minutes later 5 of our 6 pizzas arrived battered, cold and inedible. Only conclusion, they retrieved the pizza minus one from wrong address. Totally dangerous in pandemic. Contacted their head 9ffice, after 2 weeks was told the delivery was made and therefore no refund. Totally astonished a company like this would operate in such a way. This franchise really needs to have an evaluation on brand standards. They make great pizzas (1 dip missing) but as a delivery branch, they have one sole purpose and that is to deliver on time which they fail in doing so entirely. I’ve experienced other Pizza Hut franchises that are superb but this is one that dissuades you from using the brand and going to Dominos.

We were quoted a delivery time of 30-45 minutes but it took just under 2 hours. No money off our order nor any acknowledgement of the very evident delay in delivery.

Seems that many customers have complained about delivery time but obviously this still has not been fixed. Personally, I’d use Dominos...
