Pizza Thyme — Restaurant in England

I feel mistreated in the way my delivery has occurred tonight, we first had to follow up the whereabouts of our delivery when it was reaching an hour wait, then once it finally arrived we didn’t even receive our full delivery, with us missing a whole pizza. Nothing was going to be done about our missing food until we rang up AGAIN and requested to have our paid for food which is when they finally admitted to the fact it was left and would be sent on its way. Keeping in mind this only happened after we followed them up about it. This is not the customer service i expect to receive and am utterly appalled at the treatment we have received. Furthermore, once we thought the issues were over and we could finally relax, we opened our bag to find a diabolical box of chicken. I was stunned by how they have even managed to make this tragedy of burnt chicken on the outside and yet almost still alive on the inside. It is no where near edible and I am fairly positive it could be a new discovery of bird, as it most certainly did not resemble any sort of chicken i have seen before. Order food this evening. A family bucket, onion rings and fizzy orange. Waited patientally for over an hour and a half as it's Friday night and know it can be busy. After that I rang up to check on the delivery. In the background I could hear some confusion which was fine as they said the food was coming. The food arrived and once I opened it upstairs, the food was soggy and cold. They brought Pepsi as the drink also. I rang to explain the situation and it felt like the lady wasn't really listening and was questioning the authenticity of the takeaway quality. She asked us how much of the chips and onion ring and chicken we had eaten. We were honest, we had an onion ring and a piece of chicken (for what was edible) . The replacement came 40 minutes later. Absolutely disappointed. Ordered 2x chicken kebabs. Came without cips even tho was ordered, the chicken was burnt! (Wish I could upload the pics). Garlic sauce is very bad.. tastes more like tzatiki sauce. When I call back and ask about the chips 🍟 they said that they never heard anything about chips even tho was confirmed by them in conversation and If I want chips they can send it to me with an extra cost of £3 :| that would be a total of £17 for 2 chicken kebabs.. end up cooking my own chips while the burnt meals were getting cold!
