Pizza Time — Restaurant in England

Order came in decent time, went to the door to get my food, was barely a hello, once I opened my food there was barely a smell to it (garlic bread cheese) had bubbles in it I'm guessing from the lack of garlic spread, cheese was dry, chewy and tasteless somehow?, it was honestly like eating bread but worse... opened up my bolognaise chips and cheese and the cheese was stuck to the top of the box, I thought surely you can't mess this up, low and behold the chewiest cheese I've ever had, it was like eating a chunk of dry goo. Place needs to be on kitchen nightmares, bet there's a few things Gordon would pick up haha. Only reason I ate it is because...

Took 2 hours from order to delivery. Ordered 3 pizzas, 3 chips, kebab meat, garlic and gravy. Cost best part of £40. Alright its a treat. Sent a pepperoni pizza instead of Margherita for my vegetarian wife. The gravy was a brown gelatinous blob. The spicy pizza was undercooked to the point some of the cheese wasn't melted. Has gone massivly downhill in the past 6 months. Was our go to but now this shop is awful. But my wife likes the chips so will probably feel exactly the same as I do now when she flashes her eyes at me next month...
