Queens Arms Pitminster — Restaurant in England

Visited this lovely country pub several times whilst we were staying in the area and would definitely recommend it. We plan to return again in the summer as we loved it so much. The landlady was really friendly and accommodating and dogs were welcome, so we took our little dog with us who got spoilt with dog treats on the bar whilst we warmed up in front of the lovely fire in the log burner in the hearth. Decor was smart and place was very clean with fresh flowers everywhere. Food was absolutely delicious and cooked to a high quality with large helpings and very reasonably priced. A friend and I stopped off here for an evening meal whilst exploring the local network of footpaths.

We did not have a booking but they were very accomodating. The bar was busy which gave the place a lively and friendly atmosphere, clearly a popular pub with the locals. Also features a nice beer garden out back.

Such a lovely meal. As a GF vegetarian this was the nicest meal I’ve ever had for a Sunday roast alternative. Our friends enjoyed their meat Sunday roasts and deserts too. The service was attentive and amiable. Booking is important as it’s very popular and let them know your dietary requirements in advance if you have any- I was pleasantly surprised that they had made such an effort to accommodate my requirements.
