Quigley's Bakery — Restaurant in England

This is my go to place when ever I am in Runcorn, you will never ever be disappointed with the service or the absolute superb quality and tasty food you will receive from the breakfast menu, to the cold sandwiches, to the pies and to even the cakes. No matter what is on sale whether be a special of the day or even just a meat pie, the food is always the delicious. Now to mention the all time famous Quigleys meat pies, wow I mean they’re just out of this world, even if you are not a meat pie lover I can guarantee you these will change your life. Not only is the food amazing but the staff are too, whether it be the owner himself all the ladies serving you, nothing is ever to much for them and they make the whole experience even better. Came in for a Barm as Quigley’s had been recommended. Shop looks very clean, food looks lovely. The lady that was making my barm had literally handled money from a previous customer, then was holding my barm in her hands buttering it with no gloves on and I could see the dirt under her nails from across the counter. Such a shame because as said, the food looks lovely! The other lady serving did use a glove so maybe the other staff do, I’m not too sure. Based along a row of shops that are all open and bustling. From barms, butties to breakfasts and baked foods. Limited on site seating based in a bright and cheery setting. Popular with locals, local business and visitors (contractors etc). You might be met with a queue but this is usually tackled quickly. Kids box meals offered. Deserts and cakes too.
