Seven Stars Inn — Restaurant in England

I visited this pub today for lunch with some friends. I am vegan, so therefore eating out is usually a problem (there are only so many chips one can eat). However, not so at this delightful establishment. The chef came out to speak to me (a very nice lady), and we agreed on a solution. The result was delicious, and my friends were also delighted with their choice of meal. The pub is very traditional and 'quaint' in the nicest possible way. The lady behind the bar was very friendly and welcoming and the local customers were friendly too. I live about two hours drive away, but would certainly make the effort to revisit this lovely, Cornish pub. I would give this ten stars, but sadly only five are available! Thank you...

well considering we live in stithains and have done for five years we went in for meal with three others had curry and two hunters chicken which the chicken breast had been cut in half and two little pieces of bacon 🥓 on it the curry was even worse they had split a proper portion in half the rice was well over cooked and was one lump we thought it was a child’s portion if i hadn’t had a extra bowl of chips we would of thought it was only a starter which we waited over hour for the table next to us who where regulars in the pub that turned up after us where all served before us and there plates were full to the brim total insult paid full price over £85 for four people complete joke...

Just as a country pub should be!

Delicious food and a friendly welcome. We arrived on a Thursday evening and the pub was busy with locals. A wonderful atmosphere and you got the sense that it was the hub of the village.

There were three of us and we ordered fish & chips, soup x 2, onion rings and breaded mushrooms. The fish & chips were a huge helping, the soup was a 'warm hug in a bowl' (even though a starter it was more than enough along with the fresh bread), onion rings and mushrooms were both home made and delicious. One beer, 2 soft drinks, whole meal cost just under £40.00

Should we ever be in the area again, we'll definitely...
