Update due to rename / rebrand. Slightly nicer inside with better chairs. Updates to menu, but you can still order your favourites from the last menu. Most of the staff remain and same friendly atmosphere and good food. Still 5 stars.

Having spent several months living in India it is rare I give 5 stars to an Indian restaurant. The service was excellent. The food portions were larger than we normally get in Manchester and most importantly the taste was perfect. We ordered the sharing starter for 2 (would have feed 4) the punjabi special lamb and the chicken shashlic with Alloo methi side. Everything had a distinct and flavorful taste. We will definitely be back when we are passing within 30 minutes...

I've driven past here many times but never called in ....a good friend mentioned they were dying to have an Indian meal as not had one in a while ...so we decided on somewhere that's half ish way between where we live. After seeing the reviews I hoped it would be good but it was far better than that ...good portions, quality fresh food ....rice was cooked to perfection....service was attentive but not over the top. We stayed for about three hours eating and chatting as we hadn't seen each other for a while and we were not rushed or anything close... 100% recommended.... Fantastic...

Having booked a table, as it was a Friday evening , disappointed to found no booking in diary . No problem we will lay up a table straight away .....this took 25 minutes!!! Got the table , ordered , though the waiter was very unsure of the veggie options for my partner, and the drinks & poppadums arrived . At this point I thought things were looking up !!! Not so , we waited a further hour in which we enquired twice, and decided enough was enough and told them we were going. No apology offered just told drinks etc were on the house . Needless to say, we will not be...
