What a fantastic 'ride-thru' or 'walk-thru' Tea/Coffee Shop. Cycled by when doing 'The Buzzard' MTB route and instantly got a very warm welcome. This cafe is outdoor seating only but the you feel as if you're being welcomed into a home. Nice and simple but good quality tea and coffee with a range of home made cakes to die for. Had a cheeky escape for a few days to a gorgeous little cottage in Smelthouses in Yorkshire. And the icing on the cake ... quite literally was being within 30 yards of this amazing little cake and coffee stop. Sensational cakes daily for our four day stay, but equally the pleasure of getting to know Katie albeit briefly, who made our stay that little bit more special....

Lovely little cafe off the beaten track. We were out with our two springers on a lovely warm day and a lady recommended this place. We didn't eat but had ice cream and drinks.
