Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

Terrible service! I usually come in the afternoon but came this morning and ordered my usual drink, ice pumpkin cream chai latte, a drink literally on their website. The worker was extremely rude and told me that the drink didn’t exist when I just ordered it the day prior with no issues, and has ordered it many times previously at this SAME Starbucks. She proceeded to walk off in my face with no explanation to apparently look at yesterday’s receipts to see if I was lying, didn’t bother to ask what time I ordered the day prior before coming back and telling me it didn’t exist. Proceeded to make me botched version of the drink and overcharged me £3 from my usual price just to attempt to give me a tall drink instead of venti. Had to go back inside and get them to remake the same drink just for her to give me a venti drink with over half the cup filled with ice. Went to Starbucks in Towcester today for the first time with our daughter and her best friend and family, this was our first visit, first impressions were good until we came to the miserable non smiling/not happy servers one of which i believe is called Jordan. This is a very poor Starbucks and I will not make the mistake of stopping here again. Miserable staff and dirty toilets with no loo roll. Although I appreciate it is Starbucks policy to not let dogs inside, it would be considerate to their paying customers, who also happen to be travelling with pets, if they could construct a covered seating area so we don’t have to get wet whilst eating our lunch. Even more annoying as the spacious restaurant was near empty apart from a filthy dirty man fast asleep sprawled across two seats. My dog would have caused far less offence to any...
