👎does not accept cash 👎 recently visited this venue. Firstly it took ages to be served. They were cleaning. When I was served the lady couldn’t have looked anymore disinterested in me. Not that that really matters I don’t expect them to for minimum wage. However, I was told apparently cash is not accepted. Which is not acceptable. We are a sovereign country with a legal tender of cash. Not being able to use that within an establishment that receives tax breaks against our own local business’ is frankly not acceptable. The least your company can do is accept legal tender. Plus, there are no signs in the establishment to say no cash is taken. Which again I am guessing is a ploy to get you to order a drink and force you into paying by card because backing out of the transaction whilst having waited to be served for 7 minutes is unlikely. The next thing I paid full price for a drink they couldn’t actually made because they didn’t have the ingredients. I was offered syrup instead of the hazelnut crumble I was meant to have. No offer of anything. Syrup probably does not come anywhere near the amount of the crumble. But nothing offered there. I wanted my drink with marshmallows. No marshmallows!! The next thing was I was not called - so my drink was half cold by the time I collected it. They made no instigation to make sure I had it either or to call my name again even though there were three of them and no cue. Lastly the tables were dirty and scattered with empty cups. The amount I paid for the drink I quite frankly expect a lot lot better. This establishment falls vastly short of your brand ethos and actually has created a sour taste in my mouth which unfortunately will not be reduced to that store only but under the Starbucks brand. What I will be telling everybody is how awful Starbucks is, how they do not support UK residents and their lacklustre service and poor customer service. Very sad - from what is meant to be a premium brand. McDonald’s could have probably...

There’s a reason Starbucks remains my go-to coffee spot, and my recent visit only reinforced that. From the moment I walked in, the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm, inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The baristas were friendly and efficient, greeting me with a smile even during the morning rush.

I ordered my usual Caramel Macchiato, and as always, it was perfectly balanced—smooth espresso, velvety milk, and just the right amount of caramel sweetness. My friend tried the Pumpkin Spice Latte (even though it’s not fall, but luckily they still had it!) and couldn’t stop raving about the cozy, spiced flavor. We also shared a Double Chocolate Brownie, which was decadently rich and paired wonderfully with our drinks.

What I love most about Starbucks is the consistency—no matter which location I visit, I know I’ll get great-quality coffee and service. The store was clean, the music was upbeat but not overwhelming, and there was plenty of seating for both solo work sessions and casual catch-ups with friends.

Plus, the Starbucks Rewards program is a game-changer! I love earning stars and treating myself to free drinks. It’s clear they value their customers.

Whether I need a caffeine fix, a quick snack, or just a cozy place to unwind, Starbucks always delivers. Five stars without a doubt—I’ll be...

This place was filthy! The entrance mat hadn't been swept, the floor and walls in the loo hadn't been cleaned for days. Furnishings are tired and grubby. There were about 5 or 6 staff working and only three customers inside and a couple of drive through customers outside but it took ages to be served - once you realised where you had to go to place your order. I was asked whether I was take away or sitting inside but although I said I was sitting inside I still got a paper cup anyway? I don't have a clue what all the staff were doing all the time we were there but most of the tables were covered in crumbs and coffee stains or used paper cups and food bags? The glass partitions between staff and customers were smuddgy and dirty. The food shelves and cold drinks shelves were almost empty so we had to go next door to the garage to get a snack afterwards. The coffee was good but I would never go there again because if they allow the seating area and rest rooms to get so filthy I wouldn't trust them to clean the coffee machines and work surfaces behind the counter! I rarely write reviews about places like this, unless they I consider them to be exceptionally good or absolutely dreadful, so - trust me - this place certainly ranked among the worst of...

What an appalling experience. Arrived at the branch hoping to get a coffee and porridge. 2 members of staff were on duty, with one acting as Barista and the other stocking the fridge with sandwiches. Had to attract the latter's attention to be served. Asked for my drink by breaking down the ingredients. Barista knew what I was ordering and told the girl on the till. Next think I know I'm being asked to present my Starbucks card. Ivaskef how much the drink would be (there as no display for the customer to see what they were being charged) and the girl has rung up 2 coffees....! Glad I asked before paying. Then I asked for a porridge and I'm presented with the porridge in a take away coffee cup.. Why? Because apparently they have run out of porridge cups! How can you run out of cups if you know how many portions of porridge you have?! Lastly I asked for the receipts for both and instead of a vat receipt I get a copy of what's remaining on my Starbucks card... Seriously Starbucks you need to sort these franchises out.. 15 minutes to order my breakfast and even the customer behind me had to suffer the same kind of poor service. Deeply disappointed.

Just want to say the cake and coffee were nice. I was happy to sit inside to not have to buy a plastic cup or straw or cutlery etc. I got a small cake, which didn't require cutlery, but I was given a plastic fork. Why aren't you using standard metal cutlery and washing it? I didn't use the fork but guaranteed it will have been chucked out. This type of needless plastic waste is what's wrong with corporations.
