Stars Pizza (Sutton Park ) — Restaurant in England

Never had a problem until now but been told by many who have experienced bad service over the last few months to steer clear. I usually order a star chef special kebab because it doesn't come with chips. Sometimes when I have ordered in the past they have used different packaging but they have always been plenty of mixed Donner meat? Today I made a phonecall to star for delivery and placed my order when I opened my order half of the tray was chips with donner meat over the chips( crafty) I phoned them up and asked why I received chips and was told it was packed in a larger package than usual so i was given free chips?? Please make sure when you order make sure if you don't want chips half the meat and salad that they usually give check your order before the driver leaves. Not...

Love the pizzas but past 2 times weve ordered a takeaway we havent recieved the free Margherita pizza thats on offer for ordering over £15. Although it seems petty the way we order food that free pizza feeds the 2 daughters aswell as myself and partner so rely on the pizza. Ive ordered on just eat and didnt recieve it so thought it was a just eat thing so ordered on stars website and asked for the free pizza for spending over £15 (thats whats on offer) but it turned up with a garlic bread AGAIN! We stopped using this place years ago because they forgot items off the order like cans of fizzy or sending wrong pizzas or forgetting chips. First time ordering so always sceptical but the food was 5 star worthy! It's so hard finding somewhere good all round, and it's usually the fries that are a last thought, but these fries was some of the best fries we have had in a long time! Perfect crispy to fluffy ratio, seasoned nice and hot!! We ordered the Kiev pizza with a garlic base, generous toppings, fresh dough 👏 cheeseburger was good, donner meat was also very nice, thick and generous serving, came with salad and sauce(garlic and chilli?) Free cheesy garlic bread was spot on👌 mozzarella sticks labeled as cheese bites? Still good though not soggy or rubbery at all!
