Summer of 2018 Subway was reopened, on our visit it was extremely hot outside, and very busy which was nice to see. However a young lady who just came on shift, and wasn't at all happy to be there stepped into the line. Though her hair was up, the sides had been left hanging. Over 40cm long and getting wetter by the minute, and pivoting from her waist dipping low to get the ingredients, her hair was dripping & dipping into the open food containers. The que of 12 waiting for their food didn't seem to notice or mind if they did. So l sat an watched as l ate my sandwich, with a little less enjoyment.
I would suggest that correct applications of hair net be addressed, cooling be applied by management to address the sweat drip on the end of her nose. Yes ovens are hot, but dose not mean you cook your staff. Plus it reduces unnecessary salt, a plus in these times.

Took them back and they just whacked some cheese inside the now COLD sandwiches. By the time they were back they had been sat cold for almost an hour.
Phoned to complain and was told that the manager had checked the CCTV and they had put double cheese inside every sandwich when we first order and it must have "melted so we couldn't see it" and then was told that we were offered fresh sandwiches when we went back and we specifically asked for cheese to be put in the same sandwich.
Getting an order wrong is one thing, accusing the customer of lying is a different story.

They talk so quickly, that don't actually ask a question, just mutter..sauce...for instance. What ever happened to good customer service...Would you like sauce on that sir, we have.... ? Is that so hard. I realize that they do this many times a day but every single customer should be treated like a V.I.P. Also if you have a child with you and order a kid's meal even, why not interact with your future customers. Make them feel part of the whole process, make them remember the experience and you have another life long customer. Enough ranting. I felt rushed, unimportant, and I would have preferred to be served...
