Hired for a private Xmas lunch!!! W-O-W Sue's cooking is exceptional... The quality of the food 👌, the turkey was moist, the pigs in blankets outstanding, plenty to go round, big portions & even seconds were offered. Vege & Vegan options available! The deserts are not to be missed, delicious. The staff were attentive & friendly... Martin hosting & providing the best jokes & an absundance of natural hospitality. Incredible...

It's a small cafe near the train station. Lots of the menu for a quick bite, and well priced. It's very much a cafe menu so obviously don't expect fine dining. The staff were lovely, the place was clean and bright. Small space with lots of tables so potentially difficult to manoeuvre a pram or wheelchair, but I think they are the kind of place that would happily move things to make it work for you. Essential cafe here as this is not Crewkerne town centre, even though the train station is called Crewkerne. We arrived a few months ago to torrential rain, hailstones and lightening. With over an hour's wait for our bus, the owner kindly gave us a lift as well as making us lovely sandwiches, even though they were just closing. Delicious cakes...
