Staying nearby on holiday we came to Tehidy Woods. It is such a lovely place to walk around and the dogs loved it as much as us. We came to the Cafe at lunchtime and the food was absolutely delicious. It was well priced and the portion size was very good. We had ciabatta toasted with fillings. It also came with a side salad and dressing. We shared a cream tea as the ciabattas were so filling. The cream tea was also of a good portion size with a soft scone and plenty of cream and jam. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. It was really enjoyable sitting in the woods at the Cafe having our lunch. The dogs were happy chilling by the benches as we ate. It's a shame we live so far away as otherwise we would be regulars at the woods and the Cafe.

Great recommendation! When we were preparing for our holiday, I discovered the well-managed page on Instagram. Luckily, we were able to enjoy the delicious afternoon tea twice during our week in Cornwall. Very tasty and jam first! ;) The selection of sweet pastries is also very tempting and what we could try was very tasty! Generally a good, well-organised menu for any time of day! The staff is extremely friendly and competent, including good baristas. Beautifully situated at the beginning of the forest, so also perfect for a stop while hiking or cycling. Idyllically furnished and beautifully bright, also recommended as a perfect place in rainy weather. Dogs are also very welcome!

Was surprised to get a table as it has been busy on the occasions we've been here. My partner and the dog got settled at a table outside and I went and ordered. An excellent selection of sweet treats to choose from. After ordering 2 coffees and 2 sweet treats, and obviously a pupcup for our pup. I took the sweet treats out and the coffee followed shortly after. I had the salted caramel brownie and my partner had the carrot and orange brownie. Both so lovely. And our pup especially enjoyed his first pupcup. Definitely worth the visit after a lovely walk around the woods.

Last week, my mum, my two young daughters and I visited Tehidy as we regularly do but this time we decided to treat ourselves to coffee and cake.

Ohhhh and what a treat it was. The coffee is the best coffee I've ever had and the brownies are to die for. Not too rich and beautifully gooey, practically melts in your mouth. It even won my mum over and she normally can't stand choloate cakes of any kind. The girls ate it up like it there's no tomorrow and wanted more.

We'll definitely be regulars now and we'll be investing in the ground coffee by the bag so we can enjoy it at home too. 😍.

A huge thank you to the staff too who were incredibly friendly, warm and understanding of the fact my two daughters are on the spectrum and don't sit still well.

We'll be bringing our pooch next time too for a pup cup 😍.

Huuuuge fans!! Can't wait...

Tehidy Woods Café is such a lovely welcoming café. The staff are friendly & always on hand to answer any questions or have a little chat well serving you. The coffee is great, and it's roasted locally.

I think it would be helpful for the younger staff members serving & making hot drinks to have a temperature probe for the milk. I only say this as I recently bought two coffee's to takeaway, and I had to return both as they were lukewarm. I'd bought the coffee's & then walked into the woods to meet my sister & nephew. I only realised the coffees weren't hot once I'd got to where my sister was, only walking a very short distance. The staff were very helpful and apologetic, and made us some fresh coffees, which were...
