I loved the whole concept of the barge and the fact that the food is all made of fresh natural ingredients was the icing on the cake. After having eaten there I can honestly say that there were so many additional factors that made it all a wonderful dining experience. I actually don’t know where to start. Very reasonable sized portions, great owners, imaginative dishes all cooked to perfection, reasonable prices, wonderful selection of food and drinks ( the best turmeric latte’s ever). Take away service available also. I highly recommend booking in advance if you’re looking for something a bit special, Budah Barge won’t let you down.

I had the most amazing, wholesome experience today at Buddha Barge ! The food was so delicious and kind to my mind , body and soul <3 Everything was prepared and made with such love and intention , i will definitely be dining here on a regular basis ! For what you receive ; the nutrition , the good vibes , the whole experience is worth more than what money could buy . Anyone reading shouldn’t think twice about visiting The Buddha Barge 😁

What a lovely idea, a café with delicious, home made, fresh, whole food on the canal. Kellie and Ben are lovely hosts. The ambience is welcoming. The food is wonderful and the coffee is amazing, try the Kellee Coffee or the Vitality and Vigour smoothie. Menu changes every week and when it's gone Kellie conjures up something different from whatever's fresh.

This quaint vegan cafe set aboard a narrowboat, cosy with a fire and with the most friendly and kind people running it, is an absolute triumph. The vegan food is the best I have ever tasted.

We went for lunch and then took a takeaway from them for dinner because the choices on the menu were too delicious to choose from.

Your plate will be filled with a wide variety of aromatic flavours from succulent roasted tomatoes to exquisite mushrooms in a delicious glaze. The fritatas are rich in flavour and everything is wholesome and good for your body. The soup is heavenly, the best I've ever tasted.

The chocolate brownie with vegan ice cream is rich and velvety and melts in your mouth.

The coffee is rich, smooth and delicious and they have a selection of homemade flavoured tea brews.

The prices are extremely reasonable, the owners kind, generous, knowledgable and enthusiastic.

We will be back again and again. Customers for life. Don't miss out. A place you will remember always and for all the...

A wonderful cafe on a barge. We went on a very stormy day and it was lovely and cosy inside. The fire was going and we were welcomed so much. There wasn't a menu but we were told what was available and it all sounded amazing. We then ordered a few things to share. It was all really lovely. Think healthy retreat food. A mix of hot food and salads. We had a chickpea flour frittata, a wonderful baked butter bean stew. I had different intolerances but it was all gluten, dairy and soy free. We had a share of some amazing cakes too which we took home. Would totally recommend...
