I just wanted to thank everyone at The Cornish Barista for a fabulous evening on Friday at Penrose. Lovely location. Visited on an apparently busy day, although there were empty tables. Very mediocre food, portions very varied and over priced, fish goujons’ more batter than fish, cheesy chips with cold melted cheese, ‘loaded fries’ missing any real loading and pulled pork dry. Fantastic food, I can recommend the breakfast very hot and tasty, small size was great value for money! Service was wonderful too! Let down by the acoustics of the room we were in unfortunately some other customera were treating the place as a kindergarten and had no consideration for other customers, will hopefully be back...
