Have been to the Elms lots of times as I live just down the road; have eaten in there a few times and the food is lovely and fresh! This is my second visit to this lovely cafe. This time I had the full English breakfast. This is no greasy spoon, the breakfast seemed healthy even, with no visible sight of oil. It was very good quality. My Mum had eggs benedict. She said it was the best she had tasted. There is a small gift area, with very funny greeting cards. The views surrounding this cafe are beautiful. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy good food. Very highly recommend! The former pub has been renovated to a very high standard. The menu is uncomplicated yet something for everyone. We attended with my 8 month old for breakfast/brunch and we’re not disappointed.
