Would not recommend. Previous reviews may have been good however when we went they were serving Thai food. Starters were ok, mains less so, meat was dry and pre cooked, definately not cooked fresh and the sauces were just poured over the dishes.

Shame it does not give an option to respond back to your reply so I'll add it here. Surely when a customer leaves almost their entire meal it indicates something is wrong. As for the chicken it was most certainly not sliced into thin strips and coming from a catering background myself I could tell the meat had been pre cooked. Maybe it was because you shut the pub that day to go to the races which would explain the pre cooked food and because of the crowds from that outing that evening we couldnt get to the bar to complain and neither of the staff serving even...

Amazing local pub! My partner and I visited twice whilst visiting the area. The landlords were very friendly and welcoming making us feel at home right away. We had a full Sunday roast and puds during our second visit and the food was delicious with very generous portions. Prices were extremely reasonable and the pub is great value for money. I would definitely recommend to anyone...
