Attractive free house country pub at the top end of Carlton who have won CAMRA awards for their beer quality. They stock microbrewery beers as well as standards.
We visited on a quiet Tuesday night and received a good welcome when we arrived. Leighton Buzzard's Union proved well kept and tasty. The guest was Potbelly's Luke Skyporker which was also very good.
Food available Wednesday to Saturday with Sunday Roasts but lunch every day.

I've yet to sample the food, but boy does it look brilliant. Date night beckons, for sure.. Long live The Fox...
